Welcome to Fink’s Powerful Pancakes!
My name is Zach Fink. I am a College Freshman at Franklin & Marshall studying business in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In 2010 I luanched Powerful Pancakes when I was a student at Harriton High School of Lower Merion in Rosemont Pennsylvania. I am a athlete and a student who has had to fight Lyme disease and babesiosis, another illness acquired from being bitten by ticks here in Pennsylvania. I also have a grandmother and a brother who had advanced Lyme disease and who could have been saved from their suffering if only we were more aware of this illness.
My family and I are determined to promote good nutrition with one of America’s favorite foods- PANCAKES- and raise awareness of and research money for Lyme disease among young athletes in Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley.
